There is no historical data about the first residence of Naudvaris. It is known for sure that it was already there in the 18th century. In 1787, Stanislovas Kerbedis acquired the Naudvaris manor and in 1790 his wife and kids inherited the manor. In the 19th century the manor belonged to one of his kids Valerijonas Kerbedis. n 1835, Mykolas Kerbedis inherited the manor and the entire manor’s ensemble has been rebuilt in the mid 19th century, establishing a distillery and a brickyard at the manor. In 1893, Mykolas Kerbedis passed away and the manor went to Valerijonas Kerbedis. After his death the manor went to the widow Gabrielė Kerbedienė. In 1926, the manor was the domain of Zigmas Straševičius. Before the World War II, this was where Valerijonas Straševičius (1885–1968), the famous collector of butterflies, lived. In 1940, the manor was nationalised.
The former manor’s structures are built in the mid of the 19th century and their layout follows the romantic classism architecture. Up to this day there are still 8 building remained.
