Panevėžys Free Economic Zone (FEZ)

Panevėžys has a Free Economic Zone, which covers an area of 47 ha, and offers all the infrastructure needed to create and develop businesses. The area has well-lit and paved internal routes, electricity line of 7000 kW has been installed together with gas and water pipelines and sewage. A build-to-suit building has been constructed already and is ready to open its doors, as a part of the complex service package “EasyStart”, offered by Panevėžys FEZ. The convenient geographical location of FEZ allows the delivery of products to any location in Europe in three to four days.

Panevėžys Industrial Park (PPP)

Panevėžys Industrial Park, located in the industrial district of Panevėžys, offers more than 20000 sq. meters area for industrial premises, ready for business and almost 30000 sq. meters area dedicated to development with well-established infrastructure. PIP activity profile – rent, management and administration of warehousing, manufacturing, and administrative premises.  Manufacturing, mounting, and warehousing premises consist of large manufacturing premises and smaller manufacturing workshops – office buildings and premises of other uses (changing, sanitary, canteen premises, etc.). A part of industrial premises is equipped with cranes and ventilation systems.
